nBot - AI Assistant SaaS & Brand Identity

Project overview
nBot is an AI assistant for Moroccan businesses. It knows the company, answers its customers on the website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, in French, Arabic and English, books appointments and hands over to the team at the right moment. A joint project of Netspace and our sister agency N0, nBot was built end to end in-house, from the brand and the interface to the AI, the platform and the launch content.

nBot - AI Assistant SaaS & Brand Identity process
The challenge
A restaurant, a riad, a salon or an online shop receives questions at every hour, on several channels at once, and often in more than one language. Late messages wait until the next day and bookings slip away. We wanted an assistant that answers with the business's own words, and a team that keeps control of every conversation.
A friendly, reassuring brand
We built the nBot identity around a four-petal symbol in bright blue, amber and coral, a palette led by cobalt and lilac, DM Sans with IBM Plex Sans Arabic for right-to-left Arabic, and a soft pastel 3D clay universe with Moroccan touches, with some 200 3D objects and scenes that follow the time of day and the Moroccan calendar, art-directed by Netspace and produced with generative AI image tools.
A complete platform
nBot reads the client's website, documents and Q&A to answer with its own words, on a site widget that adapts to the brand and the page language, and on WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger channels. Around the AI, a unified team inbox, contacts sorted automatically, appointments in the team's calendars, forms, landing pages, e-mail campaigns and weekly reports, in three display styles, light or dark, with an interface in French, English and Arabic. Voice notes are transcribed, including in darija.
The result
nBot is online at nbot.ma with a free plan, public pricing, a help centre with 22 tutorials and a changelog. Its launch is backed by a series of 100 social posts and 110 short videos, so that any business can see, in concrete terms, how an assistant can answer its customers while the team keeps control.
